Art has been to my house several times the past few years and has kept my old unit working. He has fixed parts that are no longer replaceable . Every time he's on time, actually early, honest, and reasonably priced. The motor went out today, and I was hoping they'd have an appt for me, and they did. They are always helpful, go the extra mile, and explain what they are doing. They installed my first replacement unit and always there when I need help. I know who I will be calling for replacing my second unit when that is shot and when I need continued service or repair. I trust ABC Heating & Air to do the job well!

These guys are great! They were called to handle a warranty claim -my original dealer would not return my phone calls, so the warranty company recommended ABC because of their 5 star rating. ABC came out within 2 hours of being called. The technican's name was Zachary and he was polite and professional and he diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. He did not have the needed part (variable speed fan motor) in his truck, so he called around, found one in Allen (I live in McKinney), and then went pick it up and was back at my house in 30 minutes. He installed the motor very quickly and was off to his next job. If you are in need of AC work, call these guys and you will be pleased!

We have been dealing with this group of professionals for almost 23 years. They are considerate, responsive and extremely polite from the moment the phone is answered to the technicians that ring your doorbell. I cannot say enough about the integrity except I would give them free access to my home and not worry for a minute.
